The BrewDomain is not an official business entity. It is the name given to a collection of projects dedicated to the Brew Simple software product, and includes the Brew Simple software, the BrewDomain Web Site and other work or ideas that are associated with this business venture.

The BrewDomain will not sell, market, lease or otherwise provide to any outside parties any information provided by you, the user, unless while acting in good faith with a legal requirement to do so, such as a court order.

The BrewDomain may choose, from time to time, to distribute to you information directly related to your enjoyment of the Brew Simple program or The BrewDomain web site. This might include, but is not limited to,  notification of program updates, new releases, market surveys and other customer feedback related requests, and newsletters.
